Although all the photos on Fine Art New Orleans were taken in the French Quarter, the photograph in this section do not really fit into any of the other categories.
French
Quarter Horse Head Hitching Post
Cast iron, horse head hitching post can be found hear and there in
the French Quarter. Here four are found together, with more in the
background. Not sure why, but the first (and third) horse head in
this photograph has no ring, while the second and last do....Things
that make you go hmmm.

Tomb Of Marie Laveau
While technically not part of the French Quarter, the Tomb Of Marie
Laveau is a big part of the history and stories of the French
Quarter. It's also one of the popular destinations of visitors to
New Orleans. More information about Marie Layeau and this tomb is
available by clicking on the photo.

Madame John's Legacy
This beautiful old (1789) building can be seen in the movie
“Interview with the Vampire”. It's located at 632 Dumaine Street.

Steamboat Natchez Riverboat
The Steamboat Natchez Riverboat pulls away from it's dock in New
Orleans on a beautiful day.

French Quarter Dining
The light/shadow patterns formed in the French Quarter is always a
wonderful sight. This early morning photograph of Dickie Brennan's
Tableau on St. Peter Street has the light shinning on the ground
level more than the upper floor.

Decature Street Morning
This early morning photograph, taken along Decature Street offers a
wonderful color palette of red and yellow which is framed nicely by
the blue of the morning sky.

Chartres And Dumaine
This early morning photograph of the building at the corner of
Chartres Street And Dumaine Street in New Orleans shows the sun
light, which has broken through the clouds just enough to illuminate
the rear, top section of the building.
