Jackson Square - Past Present Future
Jackson Square ~ Past Present Future

I don't always enjoy naming our photographs, but it is normally required when selling online. When I looked over this scene, I saw New Orleans' past represented by St. Louis Cathedral and I saw the modern buildings in the background so I knew right off that Past and Present would be in the title. The old and new were the main inspiration for taking this photograph. I had also wanted to capture the vendors in the photograph, but where I lucked out in the natural setting of the photo was the fact that the vendor has a sign out proclaiming Tarot Card readings. I knew before I lifted the camera the name of this photograph.
